Rates are based on a maximum of two persons per room. 

Cancellation Policy

We are a small inn and are happy to take reservations for our guest rooms.  If you must cancel your reservation, a

$25.00 cancellation fee will apply.  If your cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. However, If we are able to fill the vacancy left by your cancellation, you will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
